Gear up your painting skills with our next level course for anyone looking to build their portrait painting skills. We'll be tackling a range of interesting subjects and working with both Acrylics and Oils to create stunning work - with a focus on impressionist painting styles. Perfect for more accomplished artists looking to develop their painting and portraiture skills.

Join us for a new term of Portrait Art! Learn the basics of getting proportions right with some great tricks and tips. Improve your line drawing, shading and use of colour as we go from using pencil and charcoal to pastels, inks and acrylics to create some stunning portrait art for your walls! Recommended for Beginners/Improvers

Florals, plants, and local market produce to soothe the soul this term - Suitable for all abilities, we'll learn to master line, colour and texture using a range of exciting new materials each to bring vibrancy to your work.. each week we get more bold as we build up to a bigger painting in mixed media and acrylics! - This is a mix of outdoor garden and studio sessions over the 6 week course! (weather pending)

All of the week day art groups are led by UK artist Ottie who provides fun and supportive art instruction to suit all abilities. Saturday Art Classes and Studio Drop will normally be run by Art Teacher Chris
Saturday PM drop-ins - 2-3.30PM are bookable in class a week in advance on a first come basis - max 2x drop-in sessions per student. Only applicable to adult & Teen members. Free use of materials within reason related to course content.
Fees cover all taught sessions and all materials. We use high-grade artist materials for all our art groups.
