About the event
If you'd love to try your hand at some abstract art, love portraits, then this is the workshop for you!
Free yourself and your art as UK artist Ottie takes you through a range of quick drawing and painting techniques to build a range of experimental sketches. Expect to be guided to use of a variety of mixed media, experiment with with textures and develop some vibrant colour values using charcoal, pastel, and a final painting in acrylic and collage.
Our courses and workshops are super friendly and open to all levels. It's abstract so no worries if you can't draw a realistic portrait - that could be a good thing!
We run our workshops out of a bespoke studio space at the Backyard in Thao Dien surrounded by light and cafe gardens - the perfect space to feel free to completely express yourself and meet some fun people!
