Join us for a hands-on introduction to Artist Federico Gauna's https://www.instagram.com/wireisart
and his approach to wire sculpture and figure making. Participants will learn the same basic construction method used in his own sculpture practice to design and create an original figure of their own.
Workshop outcomes - learn the intricate and fascinating process to build your very own wire figure and explore how personality and individuality can be expressed through your sculpture
Workshop Structure
10.00-10.20 - Artist Introduction
Artist Federico Guana will show examples of his work and talk about how his artist practice began, the development of his figures, and how he uses simple materials to explore form, identity and personality.
