About the event
What to expect?
For all creative kids - just your imagination and busy fingers, a love of glue, paint and all things shiny! We'll be upcycling cardboard, foam, used paper, sparkles, left over glitter, paints and an assortment of crafty items. Kids will plan out their project (with some support), design on paper and then develop these into models/collage!
What to bring?
Please ensure your kids are wearing old clothes - we'll be using glue and paint so expect to get messy!
If you'd like to bring a bag of your junk from home to help support this iniative (do not buy anything new) that would be great - so we can show kids how their junk can be recycled into amazing stuff and not just binned! - What we'd like: clean cardboard (all sorts of shapes) durable plastic (from packaging) and any left over paper (wrapping, paper bags etc),…
