Junk Modelling with Get Arty
Join us for a fun session in the studio this Saturday for kids aged 5-12! Kids will use their imagination to design and transform junk into art to display on the wall or use at home. The Get Arty team will be on hand to help with ideas and little fingers!

About the event
In an effort to use waste for art we are hosting our first Junk Modelling event for Kids! The session will run from 3-5pm - expect kids to spend an hour on their project so turn up at 3 or before 4 to enjoy! Spaces are limited so we ask that you sign up in advance to secure your spot. Younger kids may need accompanying - we suggest adults remain on site (there's a coffee shop next door)
What to bring?
Please ensure your kids are wearing old clothes - we'll be using glue and paint so expect to get messy!
Bring a bag of your junk from home to help support this iniative (do not buy anything new) - what we'd like: clean cardboard (all sorts of shapes) durable plastic (from packaging) and any left over paper (wrapping, paper bags etc), string, ribbons etc. Please don't bring any plastic…
